How to lose weight after pregnancy?

I have a baby of 6 months and breastfeeding now. I had a cesarean delivery. My weight before pregnancy was 55 and now almost 68. Each day, doing simple exercises, 3 walk miles and healthy eating. Nothing worked for me. Could help me reduce my weight?

I think the best way to lose weight after breastfeeding is pegnancy as long as possible. I'm sure Wil help you.i lost much of my weight that way (mine was a normal birth). My child is now 8 months old.I never done exercises to lose weight.instead i did all the work for my baby, as laundry, take a walk, so what foods are really good fats exercises.avoid
